Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Accidental Data Deletion
We maintain a backup server to recover data in case of system-related issues on our end. However, if a customer accidentally deletes data within the Cashflow App portal, we cannot recover it.
Data Shared with Integrated Services
Once data is sent to an integrated service, it cannot be deleted as we no longer have control over it. Only the integration details stored on our platform can be removed.
Inactive User policy
As per our Inactive User Account policy, we reserve the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 120 days. In the event of such termination, all data associated with such user account will be deleted. We will provide you with prior notice of such termination and an option to back-up your data. The data deletion policy may be implemented with respect to any or all of the services. Each service will be considered independent and separate for calculating the period of inactivity. In other words, activity in one service is not sufficient to keep your user account in another service active. In case of accounts with more than one user, if at least one of the users is active, the account will not be considered inactive.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This policy applies to all data provided by users during registration, usage, and maintenance of Cashflow Accounting Software. It encompasses both personal information and business financial data. We collect only the information necessary to provide, improve, and support our services. Data is used strictly for operational purposes such as software updates, customer support, and service optimization. We do not sell, lease, or share your data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only, based on their role and responsibilities. All data is stored in secure servers located in Singapore, Thailand and Cambodia.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Our employees and contractors are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements to prevent unauthorized sharing of user data.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
